Christ is my heart and peace,

Jesus walks with me throughout the day.

His love helps me to shines every where,

It transforms my soul and I find grace.

 

Jesus is my path and steadfast guide.

He holds me in every steep.

In him I trust and I abide.

Therefore you are my shepherd.

 

His sacrifice made me unconditional love.

His love is so pure, beyond all earthly measure.

Through him I can do all things,

And in his blessing I am rich.

 

Jesus is my life and strength.

To you my soul is worship forever.
